I created a special recipe that is sure to please you: "Smoked Trout With Sprouted Leek". This dish is simply delicious with Honey Vinegar seasoning.
You will benefit your body while enjoying a great meal. In fact, trout is an excellent source of Omega-3 and sprouts are very rich in Vitamins.
The sprouted leek seeds will add a little spice to your dish while the Honey Vinegar adds depth thanks to its sweet and sour flavour.
Vinegar is known to be rich in Oligo-elements, enzymes, and amino acids; it actively benefits your Well-being and Health.
We use the ancestral "Vinaigre d'Orléans" method to create our Honey Vinegar. The Honey is fermented, then the alcohol becomes Honey Vinegar; it is refined like such for 12 months in oak barrels.
The making of artisanal Vinegar requires much patience, but in the end, a very unique Honey Vinegar is produced.
