Shipping is free for any purchase of $70.00* or more. Shipping fees are based on Canada Post's current rates. Unless the product is temporarily out of stock, your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days, except for remote areas. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

It is very rare for a parcel to get lost during transport. If this occurs, please email or call us at 819-861-2324 from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. When a parcel is lost, be assured that we will carefully follow up your file with Canada Post. You can also see the status of your order on your online account or by clicking on the link that was sent to you in your email confirmation. Canada Post allows for a 10 working day delay from the claim date to respond in order to determine whether the parcel was found or really lost. After 10 days, if the parcel is still not found, we will gladly either replace or refund your order according to your preference. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Our company, larucheroyale.ca, carefully ships each item in its original intended state and packages these items to avoid any damage or breakage during transportation. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know by sending us an email or by calling 819-861-2324 from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. If any items are returned to larucheroyale.ca, as soon as we receive the damaged items, you will receive a new parcel within 2-5 working days.
