INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
Slice the scallops very thinly.
Arrange the scallops on two plates and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle the Fleur de Sel and drizzle a few drops of our Authentic Honey Vinegar with Madagascar Vanilla over the two plates.
Cover each plate with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour before enjoying this delicacy.
