INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
- 12 oysters
- 2 tsp. (30 ml) of soya sauce
- 2 tsp. (30 ml) of Honey Vinegar
- 2 tsp. (30 ml) of lemon juice
- 1/4 of a red pepper, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Open the oysters and empty the liquids.
Combine the other ingredients and garnish the 12 oysters with a few drops of this sauce.
