ASIAN-STYLE OYSTERS

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:

  • 12 oysters
  • 2 tsp. (30 ml) of soya sauce       
  • 2 tsp. (30 ml) of Honey Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. (30 ml) of lemon juice      
  • 1/4 of a red pepper, chopped  
  • 1 green onion, chopped              
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper                

 DIRECTIONS :

Open the oysters and empty the liquids.

Combine the other ingredients and garnish the 12 oysters with a few drops of this sauce.
